Our national Distribution center located in Baltimore, Maryland supports our parts business in the U.S. and Canada. Contractors can order directly from the center. Orders received before 3PM EST are shipped that day. The center stocks more than 20,000 parts and can generally obtain a wide array of non-stock parts with lead times to support unique needs for older Engineered equipment. Business hours are 8AM-6PM EST and the phone number is 800-932-1701. Parts may also be obtained from our local Service Branches at 800-861-1001. Our remanufacturing process starts with a complete teardown of the compressor and inspection of all components. Where components do not meet factory specifications, they are replaced or refurbished. All units are then tested against original-equipment specifications in final inspection. YORK-brand compressors are updated with the latest factory modifications during the process. The thoroughness of our remanufacturing process allows us to offer a warranty comparable to new compressors.
